Will 5 people who made a Manifold account because of the New York Times article comment on this question?

NO

I learned about Manifold from this article. I'm curious about how many other people made an account after reading the article and are still active on Manifold.

This market will resolve to YES if at least 5 people (not including me) post a comment (truthfully) saying that the New York Times article caused them to make a Manifold account. Otherwise, it will resolve to NO at the end of February. I was inspired by /PC/will-10-people-who-signed-up-for-ma

I had heard of Manifold before, but yes, the article caused me to make an account.

Sure, I did. I've posted that elsewhere here.

Does Hark Fork count? They’re both NYT and Kevin Roose

@mattyb Hmm, I think for this market it has to be the specific article in the description that caused you to learn about Manifold. I'll make another market for people who learned about Manifold from Hard Fork. I actually didn't know about the Hard Fork podcast before now, it looks really interesting!

@Arky I love it! Definitely listen to it. And your criteria makes sense. I only found the site from the podcast.

@Arky it says "article caused you to make account" not "caused you to learn of Manifold"

@JohnJannotti Sure that still counts
