This question resolves to yes if there is a recognized criminal case of election malfeasance that contributed to at least one electoral vote changing sides.

The question title and description don't really match up. There's evidence of minor voter fraud somewhere in the country almost every cycle, it's just essentially never enough to make a difference due to how decentralized our elections are. Title should be "evidence of voter fraud that changes an electoral vote" or something like that.
@Anonymouse It is, I was just pointing out that the description technically contradicts (rather than simply clarifying) the title. I view it as somewhat bad practice, because someone could bet based on the title and be missing a massive part of the question.
