We're talking about the team event, right? So it's just USA got gold, there are no individual standings?

The title doesn’t mention “team”, so I interpreted it as individual all around. (Both are “all around”, but there’s only one team event so that’s usually just called the team event whereas in the individual you need to specify “all around” to distinguish from the apparatus events).
But the title is a bit ambiguous, could technically be either I suppose. Doesn’t matter here because the US won gold in both (plus bronze in individual)
