Resolve to Yes if there are more than 20,000 Subway stores in the US at the end of 2025
Resolution according to the numbers provided here. The most recent counts reported in the webpages below at the end of 2025 will be used for resolution (even if those counts are a few months old)

More than 4% of its stores have closed since I last checked (~about 460 days ago)...
works out to about 2 stores a day.. ((21431 - 20484) / 463) ~= 2
with a bit more than a year left its possible the trend will continue. Even if it slows there are only 484 stores left to go until i drops down to 20k stores. Wish I had more than 2 data points but thats all I got.
Forgot about this market and failed to regularly update.
I checked the numbers on their own website (https://restaurants.subway.com/united-states); the total adds up now to 20169.
This would mean a closure of a bit more than 3 stores a day for the remaining 53 days in the year.
