Resolves according to poll once details of the next pivot is announced
There are many directions Manifold could go. The next pivot could be a good move, but it might not be the correct move if there are other pivot directions that Manifold could/should go into. The poll will ask users to vote on whether the next pivot is the correct move in the sense that it is better than the alternatives.
