If SBF himself actually created a new account and tweeted from there, then would this question have resolved YES? In that case, I don't think the supposed scam posts should count since we're taking about the person.
I think the way the question title is written, this shouldn't resolve YES yet. But I think the spirit of the question is that it's enough for the account to tweet something, and that this should resolve YES.
