If that twitter account makes a post but it is not tweeted by @SBF_FTX himself, e.g. when other folks were tweeting on behalf of Chelsea Manning, would it count as a YES if others wrote the post? or only if they were passing along his words? What is the bar for evaluation?

@EdwardKmett Evaluation according to Twitter account @SBF_FTX. So even if someone else tweeted on behalf of SBF, the tweet wouldn't count towards the resolution

@AmmonLam I mean, if they tweet using that account using his login, but aren't him. That was the situation for Chelsea Manning while incarcerated for example.
