Usually when a vulnerability is found in Rust, a patch release is created containing a fix. This question asks whether that will happen twice during the 1.77 release of Rust.
This resolves to YES if Rust makes a release with version number 1.77.2 before 1.78.0 is released. When 1.78.0 is released, this market resolves to NO. (Patch releases generally are not made to previous versions.)
