Resolving this YES (surprisingly). TRAC, ALCH, BIO, PYTHIA and RSC all were (or still are) at >100 million market cap, you can verify here: https://coinmarketcap.com/view/desci/ .

It's arguable if some of those are really DeSci projects but ResearchCoin without a doubt is and had a 138 million dollar market cap on the 4th of January 2025.
