Resolves yes if the Democrats win the electoral vote in the 2028, 2032, 2036, and 2040 Presidential elections. Resolves no as soon as a non-Democrat wins any of these elections.

In the unlikely event that a candidate wins the majority of the electoral vote but isn't inaugurated due to faithless electors or other post-election shenanigans, the original electoral vote winner is counted as having "won." If no candidate wins a majority of the electoral vote and it goes to the House, the winner in the House is considered to have won.
