Am I missing something? This seems like an easy 90%+ market.

I believe this market moved based on the sheriff stating there would be a mugshut "unless I'm told otherwise". Other arraignments have not had mugshots, so it is possible he'll be told otherwise.

Bet NO first, thinking he would be above the law.
