This rate has changed very rarely, and has been at -0.1% since the start of 2016 or so (which was 7 years ago), so I doubt it'll change in the intervening month. Plus https://apnews.com/article/japan-economy-central-bank-interest-yield-357a9dee804d5929169c69b4eb4f0cd4 suggests that the bank is still keeping the same rate around.
