This prediction will settle as 'YES' if the WHO declares a new pandemic of any kind before 2024.

Even though, WHO has warned in a meeting with the World Health Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland that ''The next pandemic 'even deadlier' than COVID is coming'' as published on May 23, 2023(Marc Lallanilla). I do not subscribe to the fact that there will be a new pandemic before 2024. I agree there will be a new pandemic future but not before 2024.
There is a lot of research data that shows that another pandemic that is deadlier than COVID is expected but the data on the website also is indicative that it cannot be until or before 2024. I agree with Emmanuel on this based on the study of the data on the links below:

I do not think so because people are discovering vaccines, and cures. However, it is a possibility as there are new variants that people are discovering. According to yalemedicine.org, The new SARS-CoV-2 strain is one of them which started to spread summer of 2023.
<pedantry> Just a technicality that I go around noting - the WHO does not have a formal mechanism to "declare a pandemic", it's not a thing. In practice, I doubt that this would cause much difficulty resolving a market on manifold, since the owner could just decide that WHO officials using the word "pandemic" descriptively in a public briefing/document would count, but it's worth heading off confusion. </pedantry>
@AlexDemarsh what official body would be better to use in place of WHO would you say? Does the CDC officially declare pandemics?
@AdSd I don't believe there is any such body. The WHO's formal emergency mechanism is close, but it's also used for non-pandemic emergencies.
