Which f2 driver(s) will get promoted to f1?

Market info:

This question will resolve to all drivers who get promoted, or "None of them" if f1 pulls a dumb move again.

This question will resolve fully at the 3nd of the 2025 f1 season, and resolve for individual drivers whenever it is confirmed they will drive in 2025.

Just to clarify the details regarding the situation with Franco: this market will resolve yes to any driver who has raced in a formula 2 race in 2024 and will race in an f1 race in 2025 (has signed a contract to do so is enough for this, even if the contract is at some point terminated).

F2 rookies in 2025 who also race in F1 2025 (somehow) will not be considered in this market
