This will resolve "YES" if any third-party candidate gets over 1% of the popular vote nationally. For these purposes, a third-party candidate means anyone who is running as neither a Republican nor a Democrat nor are they on the Democratic or Republican ticket. The popular vote totals will be based on the Certificate of Ascertainment filed by each state. If multiple Certificates of Ascertainment are filed the ones posted by the National Archive will control.
