Mistral AI have released free versions of their 7B (Mistral-tiny) and 8x7B mixture of experts (Mistral-small) models.

However, they have also announced their paid API platform where they charge for "Mistral-medium. Our highest-quality ... prototype model" which has not be released for free - perhaps implying larger models will be paywalled.

Will they release this or any other free LLM, of at least 13B parameters or greater, in 2024?

(Not counting 7BxN mixture of experts adding up to >=13B, it must be at least 13B base.)
