It will take the House time to come back, it’s a holiday, and there’s no sense yet as to where the White House is gonna fall out on this and they’ll need the President signature so I’m on YES.

What happens if it reopens on Veterens day at 12pm? It's both shutdown and open.

I have yet to receive a response, so making the most logical conclusion I can, I am assuming that your Nov. 11th 7:59pm end time is the relevant end time and if the government opens before that, this will resolve "No".
