The partial government shutdown ends when the full House passes the funding package and President Trump signs it into law. Resolution based on White House official website or Congress.gov.

@traders White house says it occurred on Feb 3rd. I cannot resolve all to NO, so I'm N/A'ing the market.
I'm surprised to see bets on YES for 4th. Some government offices might only physically reopen today, the 4th, but the shutdown itself ended yesterday, 3rd. The resolution criteria by @100Anonymous were clearly about when the bill is signed by the President. So 4th and every other date should all be NO.
