On November 10, 2021, YouTube made dislike counts on videos private, purportedly to "reduce harassment associated with targeted dislike attacks."

Resolves YES if the dislike count is by default visible on videos at any time before the end of 2024. This counts features which show the number of people who expressed some negative reaction to the video even if they are not called "dislikes" (i.e. "angry" reaction). Resolves NO otherwise.
