These data are exported automatically from Apple Health. Currently, I use an Apple Watch Series 7; in the past, I've used a Garmin Forerunner.

This market resolves YES if, between 1 January 2023 and 1 January 2024, I log an estimated VO2 Max of 55 (or higher).

I'm hoping to use the market price as a realistic estimate of my progress. I will not trade on this market.
