I have been at my current job for just over 2 years since graduating and I am eager for a change. My career growth has been pretty flat and my attempts to launch new projects have all failed. I have recently started actively recruiting as a software/research/sales engineer in the tech/bio/data space. Looking for something in person in the upper Bay Area or remote, main obstacles are lack of openings and lack of qualifications for interesting positions.
