Dating back to 2019, a different team has won the NBA Finals in each of the past 8 years. This is the longest such streak in NBA history. How long will this streak last? The longer the streak goes, the harder it will be to maintain as new franchises will need to rise to keep the streak going. I will close one market every year until the streak ends.

The streak so far, meaning the teams that cannot win for it to continue:

2019: Raptors

2020: Lakers

2021: Bucks

2022: Warriors

2023: Nuggets

2024: Celtics

2025: Thunder

2026: Knicks
Note that we start in 2019, because going back to 2018 would count the Warriors twice: 2018 and 2022 which would not be a unique set of winners.

Is that the same as a "no" on the first option?

@Web3ICP Yes if you think it will end next year (e.g. Knicks repeat) then you should bet no on 9 years or more. I can edit the options to add the year

Have you left room for the possibility that it's over?
