Last Christmas, there were fears lights would be out.
However, even without a cold spell and gas shortage, there could still be a savage wind that brings down a large number of powerlines etc.
If the UK experiences >20000 households worth of powercut due to one weather event, this will resolve YES.
BTW winter is classed as Fri, 22 Dec 2023 – Wed, 20 Mar 2024
