Will North Korea supply weapons / munitions to Russia? [100M subsidy]

YES

There is a lot of talk from the West about NK potentially supplying weapons and / or munitions to Russia. In particular the Pentagon has warned Kim against it.

Will an agreement be made whereby NK supplies weapons or munitions to Russia? If so, this resolves YES.

As to what confirms that, my initial thought is to wait for a reliable news source to break it (e.g. BBC). However, they will likely quote a Pentagon source, or something like that, which makes me doubt how true it would be. Happy to take suggestions on what should cause the resolution criteria to occur.

[Normally I vote in my markets, but this time I won't unless a very clear resolution criteria is agreed on]

@SemioticRivalry thanks for tagging, I think this is fair (and at this point I feel satisfied)

How about two major (major is up to OP) news sources report of specific weapons being delivered.

This should filter any “NK suspected of giving weapons” articles overplaying the suspicion.

I feel like there’s been a lot of news articles talking of specific weapons the west has supplied Ukraine with.

@alextes I think this is a good suggestion. It would make any intelligence seem more believable, since at least they'd be willing to stake on specifics.

Do you have some minimal amount in mind, or just "noteworthy enough for the news to report on it (and it not to feel like clickbait)"?

@Jono3h yeah usually I would think somewhere like the BBC has a natural filter on what is worth sharing (not always perfect, but pretty good rule-of-thumb). Especially since they're not driven by clicks in quite the same way as newspapers.
