South Korea's fertility rate stands at 0.78. Economic collapse may happen in several decades if nothing is done about this. North Korea's fertility rate is currently 1.82.
This market resolves YES if the Republic of Korea experiences a political crisis resulting in the suspension or termination of democratic government BEFORE the Democratic People's Republic of Korea experiences a political crisis ending its rule by the Workers' Party of Korea.
Any suspension of democratic government in South Korea (including martial law, or a pandemic) will cause this market to resolve to YES, and similarly the termination of Workers' Party in North Korea for any reason will resolve to NO.
