I like Oblivion. The NPC interactions and voice acting... leave a little to be desired. By what year will I, for less than 1 hour of my attention and $100, be able to generate a mod that adds fully voiced, less deranged dialogue? The dialogue must be better than the default Oblivion dialogue, and the voice lines have to be good enough to not completely kill immersion. I will test this by trying it in any year that reaches >90% probability.

I'm pretty confident this is currently possible for <10 hours of my attention and <$200.
