Resolves YES if all of these are true:

  • anyone can push Git commits with SHA256 ids to github.com,

  • anyone can pull them

  • anyone view them on github.com,

Restrictions like these do not prevent resolving to YES:

  • opting the account into a beta test (as long as anyone can join it)

  • repositories must be created through the API

  • SHA256 commits cannot yet be created via the github.com website

  • GitHub clients do not support it

  • other GitHub deployments (ie. not github.com itself) do not support it
