New grad, joined this summer. If relevant, my team's vibes are less layoff-y and more quitting out of a desire to be anywhere else.
I personally also don't give a fuck, and coming out here from the East,
I never thought I'd last more than a year or two in California. On the other hand, I'd like to keep my hands these bonuses contingent on my continued employment.
