Wait, is this based on the current time in the Eastern time zone (already April 28), or EST (not 4/28 yet because of daylight savings). I was assuming the former, since that is what "Eastern Time" usually means (and how I use it on my markets), but I want to make sure.

Will you follow the description instead of title in case the closing script does its own thing, or runs a minute late or whatever? So resolution would be strictly about the 00 hash timing regardless of when WvM actually closes?
