Can you push a little harder on actual outcomes... is Binance incorporated somewhere it is possible to declare bankruptcy? Would they just... shut down the website and disappear?

Would "pausing withdrawals for 24 hours" be enough to trigger a YES?

@KevinBurke I think 24 hrs withdrawal pause alone probably won't suffice. I think it has to be major liquidity issue or BNB price drastically falls

@tofu OK - can you define those precisely? BNB price below (X unit) for 72 hours? Withdrawals paused for 7 days or more?

@KevinBurke Crypto is wild so I guess I can't be 100% certain. What I'm thinking right now is -50% price in a week, or withdrawal pause for 7 days or more. Something similar to what happened to FTT a month ago

@tofu -50% price in a week seems pretty different from being insolvent/declaring bankruptcy
