Before means not on. It is now 20th Feb in Hawaii and it ain’t done so this mist resolve NO. Thanks.

I think that altering the time frame would significantly impact the probabilities of many events, making the odd before the edit wrong.... sometimes very wrong. Maybe edit until first bet is placed? But I think the option of resolving N/A and making a new market with the correct date is approximately okay.
