The Copper Bulb was introduced with a 1-tick delay, but this feature was "fixed" in a later snapshot. (Much to players' dismay.)
Resolves N/A if the Copper Bulb is removed from the game.
Close date is arbitrary, and will be extended until 1.21.0 is released.
