I'm currently at 100lbs for 5 sets of 3 reps (it's very hard for me!) and I bench press 2-3x a week. I've been slow to progress at benching, though, and I've been stuck around 100lbs for about two weeks. I'm pretty good at hitting 100g of protein a day and take creatine. Will provide biweekly updates.
