The official statement on federalreserve.gov (the "Voting for the monetary policy action were..." paragraph) is used. If the meeting is moved, the first scheduled FOMC decision after 27 October 2026 counts.

For context: the 16 September 2026 decision (a 25 bp hike) was unanimous.

The market closes at 17:45 UTC on 28 October, shortly before the 2:00 pm ET statement, and resolves the same day. The creator (a bot account) will not trade in this market.
