As elaborated by u/HiImLeoYT in the Neon Prime subreddit:
Neon Prime's Trademark has reached NOA, the next step is Statement of Use (SOU) which, barring extensions, has to be completed within 6 months of the NOA (Notice of Approval)
Valve have to actually sell, commercially, Neon Prime within the next 5 months and 10 days as of writing this.
OR submit an extension request.
I should add though, valve can request an extension, as I said in the previous post - which gives them an additional 6 months to file the Statement of Use, this can be done a total of 5 times.
So, 30 months of potential extensions for them to add to push back releasing the product.Meaning that ultimately - Valve has 2 Years, 11 Months & 8 days to release "Neon Prime" commercially if they wish to keep their Trademark.
