I hate FUH because they blocked me a while ago. Good to hear they're banned. Foes for life.

If either user comes back under a different/alt account and can be verified as the true holder of the banned account, and are known to the Manifold team but not banned, would this resolve YES for them?

Can someone give some context for why they were banned? I don't know the particular circumstances here.
