There are a lot of people who've had affairs and done infamous things, but their actions haven't made their spouses famous, because their spouses were not notable people. Huma Abedin was different, because her career gave her a reason to be famous.

Kim Kardashian got famous from a sex tape, but also because she was the daughter of Robert Kardashian and stepdaughter of Caitlyn Jenner. Fame by association is by far the most common form of fame, because her career spawned the celebrity of all her sisters.

Fame is weird, but in my opinion, that this had to go to a poll is good enough reason for the answer to be yes.
