to resolve YES, the competition must:

be majority in-person
have a prize
have ≥ two teams in attendance (previous competitions have had 30-80 competitors in 3-5 competitors per team)
be branded as an OPTIC competition
have forecasting or prediction markets as some main component

any city in which we haven't hosted such a competition by july 1 2024 resolves NO.

i'm currently at 90% for each of boston and bay area, 75% for london, 40% for NYC, 30% for DC, and 20% for chicago.
