Resolves YES if Bermuda records 1-min sustained winds of 74+mph in assosciation with a tropical cyclone (i.e. an indirect hit) - starting 09-15-2023 (even though there have afaik been no sustained hurricane-force winds on the island so far).
Resolves per the NHC/BWS.
