This poll resolves YES if Destiny starts consistently living in an apartement with a cat by the end of the year. If no such cat is made aquiaintance with Destiny in that time the poll resolves NO.

In this case, "consistently" means living in an apartement he intends to stay in, as such if Destiny stays over at a friend's house and is friends with their cat that will not be satisfactory for a YES result.

Additionally, Sushia does not count.
