FWIW, Fantasy 5 has odds of about 1:600k (39c5), and typical jackpots are high 5 to mid 6 figures.

I don't know if that's the best, but it was close enough for my purposes.

The Superlotto for sure. It has a 10x higher chance to win the jackpot compared to Mega Millions and Powerball. 

There's lots of interest/articles/videos etc. on jackpot odds. I'm interested in the odds for other games and smaller prizes. I'm posting this bounty because I don't want to go read through details of every California lottery game myself. 

Any game that's legal and wildly available to play in California counts. $100k is a somewhat arbitrary number, if the answer is significantly different or interesting at some other value, that's also information I would like.

I'll pay out the bounty favoring earlier answers, and answers that give enough explanation that I feel confident the answer is correct.
