Let a day D be passing if Tiger is not asleep between 9am local time and 6pm local time on day D and is asleep for at least seven hours from 6pm local time on day D to 9am local time on day D+1. This market resolves YES if there are at least 20 passing days from 10/8 to 11/6 (a period of 30 days). Otherwise, the market resolves NO.
