If Musk actually sells this car with the rear thrusters in 2028 ill buy and publically give away $10k worth of your epic ModRetro Gameboys. If Musk does not sell this car in 2028. (He won't) then you buy and give away $10k worth of my Paradox Wheelchairs.
Resolves YES if Palmer does the wheelchair giveaway, NO if Zack does the ModRetro giveaway, and N/A in any other scenario.
