The Daily Target
Every day, one of the following two options must be completed:
Option A: 20+ minutes of jogging, fast cycling, swimming or stationary bike.
Option B: 45+ minutes of brisk walking.
Resolution
YES: If I complete the daily target from March 18 up to and including March 31.
NO: If I miss a single day for any reason whatsoever.
Notes: I will not trade on this market. Resolution will occur shortly after March 31.
