Terrible book

I didn't read the book, and I'm an idiot, therefore agreeing to a 5% idiot tax.

FWIW I bought the book and read some of it, and regretted it as none of the arguments contained are new to me, just the presentation, and I didn't like the presentation. I do approximately agree with the thesis of the book.
