Just a note, high fidelity park assist doesn't count as FSD v12 despite leveraging the same underlying model. We're concerned with what's in use while driving.

Could you change the title so it aligns with the description? ‘Any’ instead of ‘all’

do you get what I mean? The market title asks if it’ll be available to every customer (unlikely), but the description asks whether it’ll be available to any customer (likely). So which one is it?

@TheBayesian I tweaked the title to be more specific. Can you explain the significance between any v all in this scenario? The intention of the "yes" resolution is that all customers in the FSD program are eligible for v12 download.

@quantizor Most of the time, when a new version comes along, it rolls out to a couple customers first, then a bit more, then all, I think? Could be wrong, but if i understand it right you’re asking about ‘all’ customers, but the description currently says

This resolves to "YES" if FSD v12 can be downloaded by any customer that subscribes or buys into the FSD program prior to midnight on Dec 31 2023.

Which indicates ‘any’ customers so that implies any single one, no matter if some still can’t download it

@TheBayesian I left room for personal choice, I suspect some people might hold off on the update to watch drives by others before accepting it since it's a rewrite.

The intention of "yes" is that all customers in the US FSD program will have the download available prior to Jan 1 2024.
