Resolution Criteria:

This market will resolve to “Yes” if X (formerly Twitter) officially launches its money payment system to the public by March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST.

Conditions for Resolution:

• The payment system must be publicly accessible and operational for users.

• Limited use or regional launches will also resolve to “Yes”. The system must be available in any geographic region for public use.

• Announcements of upcoming launches or beta tests will not qualify unless the service is fully live.

Primary Sources:

• Official announcements from X (via press releases, official blog posts, or verified accounts).

• Coverage by major news outlets confirming the system’s public availability.

If no launch occurs by the deadline, the market will resolve to “No.”
