This market will resolve YES if the Russian Federation is formally admitted as a member of an entity officially named “Board of Peace” on or before March 31, 11:59 PM PT.

“Joins” is defined as:

• Official acceptance of membership, seat, or board position,

• Confirmed by a formal announcement, charter update, resolution, or official documentation issued by the Board of Peace or an authoritative governing body of that organization.

This market will resolve NO if:

• Russia is not formally admitted by the deadline, or

• Participation is limited to observer status, informal cooperation, dialogue, or talks without formal membership.

Clarifications

• Invitations, negotiations, endorsements, or intent statements do not count unless membership is formally finalized.

• Conditional, provisional, or pending membership does not count unless fully ratified by the deadline.

• If multiple organizations claim similar names, only an entity explicitly and officially titled “Board of Peace” will be considered valid.
