Resolution Criteria:

This market will resolve to “Yes” if, by the end of Fiscal Year 2026 (September 30, 2026), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is officially disbanded, dissolved, or fully absorbed into another government agency through legislative action, executive order, or formal restructuring.

The resolution must be explicitly confirmed by official sources such as:

• U.S. government announcements (White House, State Department, or USAID itself)

• Congressional records or legislation

• Major credible news organizations reporting on the formal dissolution or absorption of USAID

If USAID continues to function as an independent agency or no formal action has been taken to dismantle it by September 30, 2026, at 23:59 PT, this market will resolve to “No.”
