@Eliza They were publicly posted, for all to read. & even before they clamped the Notion site down, no update were forthcoming.
I'm an investor, very indirectly, & I used them to track the site's health. After the "Will Manifold break even in 2025?" resolved NO, I'm particularly wanting some kind of notion about how much life the site has left in it. That, combined with a new anti-transparency attitude, don't look good.
@XCorporation I was suckered into contributing to a capital raise round—against my better judgment, I made an exception for a friend...that'll teach me. & that was shoveled into this furnace
@XCorporation Oh yes nobody will touch this place, nowadays. How the Hell do you manage to not make money as a casino? Prediction markets are the hottest thing in the world, & they can't even get DA traders to a measly 2000?
@ChurlishGambit theoretically, casinos are guaranteed to make money. but they shut down real money wing and mana is overpriced, and they have not set up fix for mana inflation(big problem too). do you know why they got rid of real money trading. was not here back then
@XCorporation honestly, not sending investor updates is just a bit sus. maybe first missed time is just honest mistake, but for 8 months no updates is kind of odd. have you told them about this
@ChurlishGambit I was also very disappointed when everything disappeared from notion. However, I think a careful observer would be able to make rough guesses about the state of the company.
@Eliza Oh yeah I mean this thing is toast. This was just an attempt to get some kind of transparency or accountability. But I can't even get SG to reply about ongoing bugs with the loan system, so....
